Thank you! Yes, we love our new home. This was our first experience having a custom home built. There are so many components that go into the final product. Lots of back and forth during the planning and many choices that weren't offered. My advice would be to know exactly what you want as far as styles and colors as some things weren't discussed and we had to just accept them since they were already installed.

The home came out beautifully and we are overall happy with the construction. I was able to monitor the day to day since we lived on the property and I was retired. Therefore I have may photos of the process! Another top...include the exterior finishes into the loan to cover landscaping and concrete work (driveway, courtyard, etc) as we are still working to get all that done little by little on our own.

From the groundbreaking to occupancy took about 6 months. The home is very well constructed and insulated. Our electric bills are less than when we had our manufactured home with the evaporative cooling. We love our central a/c!

We now have the pretties home on the block!
